There are a couple things I need to amp myself up for a workout. I start by having my Vanilla ProFit with almond milk and crushed ice and my It’s Vital Complete vitamins. I also recently started taking my new favorite It Works product, the New You, which makes me feel stronger throughout my entire workout and just in general.
Aside from all my pre-workout necessities though, there is still one thing I must have during my workout to keep me motivated and energized; my berry Greens and my It Works playlist. I always workout to my favorite, upbeat songs that I know are going to help me push myself during that last mile or last set of reps. They also motivate me to get through the day and take things to a whole notha level!
