Communicating With Your Team
Your team is your life line. You can be busy recruiting that you forget to take care of those who decided to join you to be their mentor to reach their dreams. Your team needs you for motivation and leadership. They joined because they like you and believe in the opportunity. This task is just to reach out and let your team know you care and are there to match their efforts.
Here are some ways to reach out to your team:
1.Send a hand written note.
2. Buy a It Works button and mail one to each team member
3. Send a motivational text – ie let them know you believe in them, you?re there for them, etc.
4. Schedule a once a month/quarter face-to-face
5. Empower them by asking for help
6. Share leads with them
