It Works Global was my first direct sales company. My first pay check was under $25 and then 5 1/2 years later this happened!

I walked across the stage as the #12 money earner in the entire company AND was inducted in to the Millionaires Club.

Words can’t describe how I felt.? This was one of the highlights of my year and it happened in January.

To say that It Works has changed my life is an understatement. It Works has changed my life, my family’s, friends and so on.? As a leader in this company I take my role very seriously. We are on a mission to take our brand to the billion dollar mark and I am ready to take things to a whole notha level.

When I returned from conference I went right to work. Success likes speed so I started running as soon as we got back.

Getting to the top of a direct sales company is not easy.? It takes a village and some of the hardest work you will ever do.? I have an amazing team and we have an opportunity within our reach that is like none other.? We are on this journey together and we are loving our #itworksadventure.

Me…I don’t know, they haven’t announced it yet.

Husband…No. You made the top 20!!? Your daughter just posted it on your Facebook wall.

Me…Jumps out of bed…tears…confusion..and then this.

I was in shock and now just full of excitement that I made it!? When It Works made us aware that they would be rewarding the top 20 money earners in August of 2013 I knew that it was within my reach.? What I didn’t know was if I was $100, $1000 or $5000 a way.? I couldn’t really think about it, but I knew I had to just push with everything I had.

I started by looking at my team and seeing where I could maximize our compensation plan to grow my check because the volume was not growing from July to August.? I decided to start tracking my leadership level bonuses and set a goal to get every single one I had coming to me in August.? I got all, but 3.? On the last day of the month I rallied harder than I had in over a year and even reached out to friends and family that had yet to become customers and it worked!? Some of my distributors went out of their way to help me at the final hour and it was enough to place our team in the top 20!

Seeing my name on a list with these people is so incredibly humbling and rewarding.? This is a huge achievement for me and I am just feeling grateful for it every second of the day.? Thank you again to everyone that helped me and congratulations to the rest of my peers that will be joining me on the yacht with Mark, Pam and Mike!

I have the best team.? We work hard and I am so grateful for each distributor. This is within your reach.? Any of you can do this!

Spending a few days in Seattle with my team was so incredibly fun and refueling!!? We all walked away with such a great experience and the countdown to conference is on!
